Hi .. my name is Riyad. I am the
owner of this charming villa and studio in an acre of land in Mendoza, Argentina.
I speak fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese, and a
working knowledge of Italian and French.
I do hope you can come one day and spend sometime here.
One thing I can promise: a warm welcome.
The pages in this site are constantly being updated and the
photos which were all taken by me will be changed when
appropriate.
Property Information:
The villa where you will be staying has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps 5.
In the garden, there is an Argentinian style barbecue.
The studio flat is a fully self sufficient apartment with a queen bed that sleeps 2 adults.
A hi speed internet connection is provided. If you come with young
kids there is a wide variety of disney movies to watch.
The area of land around the villa is about 8000 square meters with a
private swimming pool, an extensive barbecue area, an
artificial waterfall and a man-made lake with Koi
fish. The lake water is supplied by the Mendoza river. There
is also a rabbit shelter and an exotic bird sanctuary.
In the garden we keep a small organic farm. There you can
find lots of vegetables for salads, like Rukula, green onions
and lettuce as well as oregano, bay leaf, rosemary, and sage.
Around the property there are lots of fruit trees such as
peaches, cherries, apples and more.
Area Description
The property is located in the heart of wine territory, Lujan
de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. There are lots of picturesque
wineries close by where guided tours are available. We are
also close to the Andes mountains for hiking, fly fishing and
rafting down the Mendoza river as well as skiing in winter.
Mendoza city is only 10Km away, a 10 minute drive. There is also the quaint town
of Chacras de Coria which is very close by. |
