The Coyote Riverhouse Cabins (5 Total), located 4 miles east of Bigfork, boast one of the most centrally located destinations in the entire Flathead Valley, with spectacular views of the Mission and Swan Mountain ranges and quick access to many local activities. You will find a unique combination of Montana hospitality, lodging, and rustic cabins.
The cabins are located on the shore of the beautiful swan river in Bigfork, Montana. Each cabin is fully equipped with views of the mountains and 2 fifty foot decks, one perched over the top of the river and the other with a spectacular view of the Swan Mountains. The decks are a great location for sunbathing or taking in the beauty of the river while the kids swim nearby. Lots of room for families, friends, or intimate couples.

Activities -
With 4 beautiful lakes within 10 minutes of the Roadhouse, Bigfork 4 miles away, Kalispell and Glacier National Park within 40 minutes or less, there are plenty of local activities to keep you busy. Of course, the main attractions of the area are Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake and Swan Lake, all of which attract thousands of visitors every year.
If you enjoy hiking, you must explore the popular Jewel Basin or backpack into the Bob Marshall Wilderness for a truly natural outdoor experience. Many travelers come just to experience the excellent golfing the area has to offer. Other visitors test their skills fly fishing or spin casting the local rivers and lakes, many of which also have excellent canoeing, rafting and kayaking. If you enjoy swimming and if the lakes and rivers are not enough, then try the Big Sky Water Slide, in Columbia Falls, for the day. If you want to go off on your own path, there is plenty of space to bicycle, jog or just enjoy a leisure walk. We also provide mountain bikes, a canoe and a basketball court on the premises for your entertainment. The popular Bigfork Summer Playhouse offers a full summer schedule.
The cabins share the property with the famous Coyote Roadhouse Restaurant (see picture 16), established in Bigfork Montana in 1986, instantly achieved a Mobile Guide "***" rating, and became known as "Montana's best restaurant," according to travel and Leisure magazine.
In the years that followed, the restaurant continued to recieve numerous cooking awards and writeups. Finally, Executive Chef and owner Gary R. Hastings has been able to create a "true roadhouse" in the elegant country style of dining and lodging - all under the same roof!

The Coyote Roadhouse Inn is located 7 miles east of Bigfork, Montana. At the intersection of Montana Highway 35 and Highway 209, south of Bigfork, proceed east on Hwy 209 for 4.5 miles. When you arrive at Ferndale, you will notice a fire department on the left side of the highway. Turn left at fire hall and follow the signs saying Coyote Roadhouse. From the fire hall you are 2 miles from the site. Roads you travel on are Highway 209 east, Ferndale Drive, Eastman Drive, and finally Three Eagle Lane, you are there!
